More Than Balloons offers the following Returns Policy:  Unopened packages can be returned for a full refund.  Due to the nature of helium balloons, defective balloons can sometimes occur.  They can also be damaged while inflating them.  Should your mylar balloon be defective, contact us for return instructions for a refund.  Once received, and a true defect is confirmed, a refund will be processed.  Latex balloons are not eligle for return.
